Traverse City

We went up north for a couple days after Charlie's birthday..this is Claire in the true "up north" spirit!
Claire has been smiling since about 5 weeks, but we only managed to get it on camera recently.....:)

We went to Great Wolf Lodge Resort/Waterpark for a couple days. Charlie LOVED it! He was very brave and went down all the waterslides! We will go back for sure and we recommend it for anyone with kids!

Charlie's 3rd Birthday....A Diego Day!

Charlie received some gifts from our friends overseas for his birthday....thank you everyone! This non-cheesy University of Glasgow t-shirt was from our friends Sarah and Paul-thanks again!

Charlie really likes the cartoon "Diego," hence the theme of his party. No, there is no way that I made this cake!

Chris made Charlie a sandbox for his birthday. He really liked it (although a lot of the sand ended up out of the box).

Chris and I bought Charlie an "Arctic Cat" which is really funny to watch him drive.

This is the day after Charlie's birthday on the Artic Cat. He is a much better driver now, and we really don't have to worry about him running things over like solar lights or plants like he did on the neighboor's Power Wheels last summer...(sorry Colleen, although I enjoyed the laugh).

We recently gave Claire her first bottle. This is Chris at the first attempt, which she took right away! That means at least 4 hours at a time of freedom for me!!!
