Grandma C. Arrives!

I'm looking forward to introducing Charlie to everyone in
Atlanta and later in Detroit.
Charlie is slowly learning to like his bouncy chair.
Grandma C. arrived on Thursday and met Charlie
for the first time! Chris & I are glad for help once
again!

Charlie, 3 weeks and 3 days. We kindly refer to him
now as "Budda". Not only has he gained a lot of weight,
but he insists on being held (often in the wee hours of the night)
in a classic "budda" position. We had a check-up today and he is
now 10 pounds, 13 ounces. He has gained a pound a week! The Health Visitor is impressed and says that he is doing very well.


Charlie's Granny K. left on Saturday, boy, are things
a bit tougher without her! Especially at night!

We've been taking Charlie our for mini-

outings, which have turned out really well.

He even had his first "photo shoot" on Friday for

his passport photo, and he behaved very well

(although opening his eyes was too much effort for him!)
